For international brands

Student brand ambassadors
on French campuses.

Ambassia recruits, trains and manages students who carry your brand inside their own school in France. €650 excl. VAT per ambassador per month, the student's pay included. Prices are public — no French campus agency publishes theirs.

Why an enrolled student, and not a promotional staffing agency

Access

A French campus is private property. An outside team stays on the pavement: approval from the school takes weeks and is often refused. Our ambassadors are enrolled students, frequently student-union members.

Frequency

A street marketing operation is one pass. A programme is seven in a month, on the same population. Recall comes from repetition, not from a single contact.

Language and codes

A student from the same year group does not need to be told who they are talking to. They know the timetable, the buildings and the people.

Pricing

All figures excluding VAT. Student pay and field supervision included.

What we have delivered

9,000+samples handed out across two campuses — The Breath Co

Comment une opération se monte

Cinq étapes, toutes prises en charge. Vous validez, nous exécutons.

How much does a student brand ambassador programme cost in France?

€650 excl. VAT per ambassador per month, the student's pay included. That covers seven two-hour sessions a month, planned in writing before launch, with one social post per session. Volume pricing: €620 from three campuses, €590 from six, €560 from twelve.

Can you run a one-off activation instead?

Yes. A single day in one city with four students costs €1,690 excl. VAT; a three-city tour costs €6,500. All prices are public on the site — no French campus agency publishes theirs.

Which cities do you cover?

Within 7 days: Paris, Lille, Nantes, Lyon. Within 15 days: Marseille, Strasbourg, Bordeaux, Toulouse. On request: Rouen, Angers, Montpellier, Reims, Rennes. We do not operate in a city where our network does not already exist.

Why students rather than a promotional staffing agency?

A French campus is private property. An outside team stays on the pavement: access requires the school's approval, takes weeks and is often refused. Our ambassadors are enrolled students, frequently student-union members — they do not obtain access, they have it.

Do you work with brands based outside France?

Yes. We handle recruitment, training, day-to-day management, student pay and reporting. You receive a monthly report in French or English. Invoicing is in euros, excluding VAT, from a French company (AMBASSIA SASU, Paris).

How do you measure results?

By inventory when the product is countable: units handed over minus units returned. That is a reading, not an estimate. Otherwise, named QR codes and referral codes per ambassador. We never publish reach or opportunities-to-see — on physical ground those cannot be verified.

How fast can a campaign start?

Three to four days between agreement and the first field mission, depending on how quickly the brand returns its brief and materials.

What results have you delivered?

Over 300 students brought into the restaurant in a single day for O'Tacos at Université Paris Nanterre. Over 9,000 samples handed out by nine ambassadors across two campuses for The Breath Co. Around 120 sign-ups for UniHelpers across two campuses.

Tell us the city, the date and the product

Priced answer within one working day. If campus marketing is not right for your brand, we will say so rather than sell you a campaign that produces nothing.
